INTENSIVE SPANISH COURSE

Housing with a Mexican Family

All Mexican Host Families have been selected by a thorough process and careful review of student evaluations. Should you be unsatisfied with your host family the Housing Office on campus will assist in making a smooth and immediate transition to your new host family.

Three types of housing plans are available. All plans include transportation to and from the school, if not within walking distance, Monday through Friday and 3 meals daily, 7 days a week.

PLAN “AA” LUXURY
You will be living in a spacious home with a private room and bathroom. These homes usually have a garden, swimming pool and many other amenities
RATE: $32 USD per day

PLAN “A” SUPERIOR
You will be living in a spacious home with a private or shared room (by request) along with a shared bathroom. These homes will have a garden and often a pool
RATE: $24 USD per day

PLAN “B” ECONOMY
You will be sharing your room and bathroom with a traveling companion or another student of the same sex. The room is in a smaller home.
RATE: $19 USD per day

Guest Residence:
The Guest Residence is located only a few blocks from the main building on campus. The residence has private rooms with their own bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished. Students can enjoy beautiful gardens and a swimming pool, in a quiet and safe environment. This lodging option is offered to people who prefer to live in an independent manner. The Guest Residence is not available May through July.

Rates from $35-$60 USD for a single and $70-$80 for a double per room per day. If meals are not included, deduct $10 USD per person per day.

EXECUTIVE PROGRAM

Housing with a Mexican Host Family:
LUXURY: private room and bathroom in a spacious home with many amenities, transportation to/from school if not within walking distance, 3 meals a day
RATE: $36 USD per day.

Guest Residence:
The Guest Residence is located only a few blocks from the main building on campus. The residence has private rooms with their own bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished. Students can enjoy beautiful gardens and a swimming pool, in a quiet and safe environment. This lodging option is offered to people who prefer to live in an independent manner. The Guest Residence is not available May through July.
